Salesforce Experience Cloud

Salesforce Experience Cloud, previously called Community Cloud, is the part of the Salesforce platform used to build customer portals, partner communities, help centres, and public microsites. Because those sites sit on top of Salesforce data, they can show a visitor their own account, orders, cases, or loyalty status without a separate integration.

Sites built with it are served from salesforce-experience.com domains unless a brand maps its own domain over the top. Links to those domains in an email point to a Salesforce-backed portal, and usually indicate Salesforce is the CRM behind the brand's customer data.
